Lanteglos holiday park is located in a quiet, tranquil, countryside location, near to many of the North Coast of Cornwalls holiday hotspots including Tintagel, Boscastle, Bude, Wadebridge etc.
This is a well established park centred around the Lanteglos Country House Hotel and has around 50 two bedroom villas, similar to this one, and around 25 Three bedroom Scandinavian style lodges. Facilites include an outdoor swimming pool which is well maintained. A launderette , and plenty of open countryside and woodland to explore.
This particular unit has been well maintained and has been used as a holiday let for the last few years which means it qualifies for business rates rather than Council Tax. Business rates are 0% for these units. Owners can use the units for 12 months of the year although occasionally the park will close for maintenance of the utilities, but this is done during the winter months.
