Approach Pine Lodge from the parks private road onto a single gravelled driveway for one vehicle. Entrance to the property is either into the lounge through the patio doors to the front, on the decking, or through the main glazed upvc side door to the side.

Upon entering through the side door you are in the hallway with quality vinyl flooring, doors to the bedrooms, bathroom, and the kitchen/lounge. There is also a central heating radiator.

The lounge/kitchen area is open plan with a breakfast bar separating the two areas. The lounge area is lovely and bright with full length windows and 2 patio doors opening to the front aspect onto a decking area which is in need of repair. There are 2 further windows to the sides.
